Welcome to a brand-new school year at Forest Park! Whether you’re a returning family or new to our community, we’re so glad you’re here. We invite you to be a part of the Forest Park PTA (FPPTA)—a group of families, educators, and community members working together to help every child thrive.

Our mission is to:

• Advocate for Forest Park students at the district and council levels

• Bridge the school and parent community through open communication and collaboration

• Foster belonging for every FP family—every voice matters

• Build a diverse, representative PTA Board by encouraging all parents to join and lead

• Encourage parent involvement through membership, meetings, and volunteering

• Host inclusive, enriching, and fun community events with multilingual outreach, arts, academics, health & wellness, and celebrations that reflect our beautifully diverse families

Joining the PTA does not require a time commitment. Your membership alone supports our work. If you’d like to do more, here are some easy ways:

• Volunteer once and see how rewarding it is

• Share your ideas, creativity, or talents at events

• Attend a meeting and help advocate for what matters

We're also asking for one parent volunteer from each grade to attend Association meetings and represent your grade’s perspective.
